Internal Factory Logistics
Within the customer's factory and adjacent warehouses, we provide warehouse management services such as receiving, dispatching and storing raw materials and products, as well as services for feeding materials into the factory production line.

SGL China will respond to fluctuations or changes in production volume. We train employees and assign on-site personnel in accordance with customer requirements and in-factory rules, and conduct on-site improvements to the operational processes before materials are fed into the production line. By integrating closely with the customer, we deliver practical and safe services.

Operations Within the Production Factory

Goods Warehousing

(1) When parts from suppliers arrive, after the factory staff complete receiving at the receiving dock, our on-site operators first transport the goods to the parts receiving and temporary storage area.
(2) For the goods temporarily stored in the parts receiving area, our on-site operators conduct visual inspection, random parts sampling inspection, and after confirming all details are correct, transport the goods to the parts storage area.
(3) Our on-site operators verify the material numbers in the parts storage area and place the corresponding parts on the designated parts storage locations.

Finished Goods Transfer Out from the Workshop

(1) In accordance with the arrangement of the factory workshop staff, our on-site operators transport the corresponding finished goods from the workshop to the finished goods storage area of the warehouse.
(2) After the finished goods are moved out of the workshop, our on-site operators record information such as the model, quantity, transfer-out time, and operator's name of the transferred finished goods in the transfer-out record form.
(3) Our on-site operators locate the goods corresponding to the transferred finished goods according to their models and numbers, then place the goods on the designated storage locations.

Finished Goods Preparation and Outbound

(1) Based on the finished goods shipment plan, our on-site operators locate the storage positions of the goods to be shipped, move the goods out of the inventory, and then place them on pallets.
(2) Our on-site operators transport the full-pallet goods to the finished goods pre-shipment area.
(3) After the finished goods pickup vehicle arrives, our on-site operators assist the pickup driver in loading the corresponding goods in accordance with the vehicle loading plan.
